  i will forever love this yoga studio. they have late classes so i am able to make weeknight classes after work which is tough with my schedule. the teachers are all so nice and friendly and willing to help you. i love the touch of essential oil at the end of class to give you that extra element of relaxation. come here if you're looking for a kick-ass workout, a place to relax and take a slow flow class, to be pampered with a massage, float, or sauna session. I love that they have aerial yoga. it really makes such a difference for me personally and it's so much fun.

  I usually go for a 90 minute massage. It is absolutely the most relaxing and therapeutic experience you could possibly ask for. I generally end up half-asleep by the end of the time. And when I walk away, I feel better than ever. I would recommend any of the massage therapists: they are all terrific.
