  We moved to the area a few years ago and have been loyal patrons at least weekly or biweekly. We went to the restaurant the other day. I had the eggplant parmigiana... the eggplant was rock hard and had WAY too much sauce on it. We told the waitress. She said she would be right back. She returned with the disgusting eggplant wrapped up and said “I’m sorry, we cannot take this off of your bill, as per the manager, so we wrapped it up for you. Would you like anything else ?” ... I said absolutely not and requested to speak to the manager myself. Same outcome. I have to say that it is extremely disappointing that a restaurant would treat any customer like that, especially those who ARE so loyal and visit often. Really not a smart move on their part. I paid for the meal and left. I will absolutely not be returning and will tell EVERYONE of the horrible experience we had. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE ... too bad I can’t put 0 stars bc that’s what I would have given
