    On an island slammed to the brim with Italian take out spots, Sotto Sopra is a gem. Once called Rosa's, it now is called Sotto Sopra which was a great idea as there are far fewer restaurants called that so it is unique. I have had delivery from here once a week for months through Grub Hub and haven't had a bad experience once.

    Salads are insanely good, but my absolute favorite thing here is the bolognese dinner. The best I have had anywhere, and I order it anytime I have Italian food. Garlic bread with cheese is fantastic and only 2.50 with a huge portion! Their burgers are diner quality, and the mac and cheese balls are SINFULLY GOOD. That's just my personal favorites, nothing I've seen my family try has been bad and all rave about this place. If you are on the fence, go here. Seriously.
